I guess saying “15 minutes” also demonstrates that we can work fast and efficient. And we want our clients to think that we are productive.

What if we start charging for the administrative overhead? A few clients will accept it, while others will be perplexed to hear that one needs such a long time to finish a short task.

Because I guess they themselves say to their clients and bosses: “It will take 15 minutes.”
